Production Efficiency

Each product in the Egloo Home Decor collection was meticulously designed to optimize compatibility with extrusion-based (trafila) ceramic production techniques. This approach allowed for clean, continuous forms that express minimalism while ensuring structural integrity. I carefully studied the constraints and possibilities of the process, shaping designs that not only fit the method but enhanced its aesthetic potential.

In parallel, I conducted in-depth material research to identify the ideal ceramic blend—one that balances durability with a refined finish. The result is a line of products that are not only visually striking, but also built to last, marrying form, function, and manufacturability in perfect harmony.
